House papers

Terms of enrolment

These terms apply when you use this website or enrol on a Registryvectorbase programme. They are written for teaching in the United Kingdom. They are not a substitute for advice from a solicitor.

Acceptance

By browsing this site, sending a note through the contact form, or accepting an invoice for a Ledger Audit, Atelier Seat, or House Residency, you agree to these terms. If you are buying on behalf of a company, you confirm you have authority to bind that company. If you do not agree, do not enrol and do not send us production data.

What we sell

Registryvectorbase provides education in app analytics: critique, reading, and written methods. We do not sell software licences, vendor certifications, or implementation labour inside your application. Fees on the site are informational; a contract exists only when we accept your booking in writing and you pay the invoice we send.

Your materials

You remain responsible for event exports, screenshots, and any personal data you choose to share for teaching. You must have a lawful basis to share that material with us. We may refuse a booking that requires us to handle special-category data or children’s data as a processor without a separate agreement.

Intellectual property

Course notes, critique methods, the telemetry atelier framework, and the text on this website are owned by Registryvectorbase or its licensors. We grant you a personal, non-transferable licence to use materials we give you for your own team’s analytics work. You may not republish our notes as a public course, resell seats, or train a model on our curriculum. Work you create about your own product — your taxonomy, identity memo, and cohort narrative — remains yours.

You grant us a limited licence to use anonymised examples from critiques for teaching other rooms, unless you ask us in writing to keep a named catalogue private. We will not publish your brand without consent.

Conduct in the room

Live sessions are for the named seat-holder. Recording is not permitted unless we agree in writing. Harassment, scraping of classmate materials, or using the room to solicit competing teaching will end the booking without a further teaching obligation on our part. Refund consequences are set out on the refund page.

No professional warranty

App analytics involves judgement. We do not warrant that following a critique will increase retention, revenue, or store ranking. Charts can be wrong even when the method is sound. You remain responsible for decisions you take in your product, including privacy notices and store disclosures.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be limited under the laws of England and Wales. Subject to that, we are not liable for lost profits, lost data, or indirect loss, and our total liability arising from a booking is capped at the fees you paid for that booking. The website is provided as information; we are not liable for decisions you take solely from public pages.

Site use

You may not attack, scrape at a volume that degrades the service, or present the site as your own. Content is offered without a promise of uninterrupted availability. The contact form posts to a mock endpoint for demonstration of validation; a real booking is confirmed by email from info@registryvectorbase.digital.

Governing law

These terms, and any dispute or claim arising from them or from a programme booking (including non-contractual disputes), are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, except that we may seek injunctive relief in any court for misuse of our intellectual property. Consumers in Scotland or Northern Ireland may also bring proceedings in their home courts where the law allows.

Changes

We may update these terms for new programmes or legal changes. The version on this page applies to new bookings from the date it is published. Material changes to an existing booking will be sent to the email we hold for you.
