A written critique of up to two hundred events. You receive a marked dictionary, a list of collisions, and a suggested identity rule. No live teaching.

Twelve weeks on the Retention Telemetry Studio. Critique rooms, homework, and a final cohort narrative. The fee is for one named person.

Six months of monthly critiques for a team of up to four, after at least one person has completed the studio. We sit with your production ledger as it changes.
No implementation sprint inside your app. No overnight dashboard rebuild. No promise that week-four retention will rise. Teaching is the product. If you need engineering hours, hire engineers.
Send a short note describing the app and whether you already have an SDK in production. We decline work that is only a request for “more charts.” VAT, where due, will be itemised on the invoice we send by email.
